  My functional doctor moved out of state and I needed to find a new provider that was trained in functional medicine, prescribes natural thyroid meds, and treats the whole body understanding it is all connected! I see her in her office in Downers Grove right on 63rd & Main Street. She also does Zoom visits. She provides me with a Superbill to send to insurance. You get her FULL attention for your time slot. She has membership options as well that come with a lot of her services and discounts. But you can also pay per visit.
